Founded in 2013, Longtu brand is now located at No. 5, jiuyudong Industrial Park, Shishan town, Nanhai District, Foshan City. Longtu is an equipment manufacturer specializing in automatic coating production line for surface treatment. We will provide customers with coating solutions for the whole plant from the design, production, production, installation, commissioning and service of the production line.

Adhering to more than ten years of design and manufacturing experience, the company has more than senior painting engineers, inherits the spirit of improving craftsman, gathers industry elites, and is committed to the research and development of aluminum vertical spraying line, aluminum horizontal spraying line, aluminum veneer fluorocarbon spraying line, hardware home, auto parts and other coating lines and environmental waste gas treatment equipment. In northern winter, when the temperature outside the window is about - 30 ℃, there is heating or air conditioning hot air in the room. How to keep the indoor heat from leaking to the outside; How to prevent the outdoor heat from transferring to the indoor to save energy; How to really understand energy-saving windows, how to achieve energy-saving effect, what conditions should be met to achieve the effect of energy-saving windows, and what kind of window type is the most energy-saving?

01

"Heat transfer process principle of energy saving window"

In order to achieve the effect of energy saving, we must consider it from the perspective of thermodynamics. In the view of thermodynamics, heat loss (exchange) is divided into heat convection, heat conduction and heat radiation. These three ways accord with all the heat exchange, of course, they are also suitable for building doors, windows and curtain walls.

02

"Conditions for energy saving windows to achieve energy saving effect"

* windows made of any material can be regarded as the best energy-saving windows if they can effectively block the above three kinds of heat exchange. Some people say that "plastic steel windows are energy-saving windows" is obviously inaccurate.

* how to reduce the loss of heat and the waste of energy is not only the problem of using plastic or aluminum window frames, but also how to reduce the loss of heat (or air conditioning) from three aspects, so as to really play the role of energy saving.

1. First of all, we should consider the structural design of windows, because different structures play the most important role in energy saving;

2. A large area of window cooling surface is glass, not window frame. Glass accounts for 70% - 90% of different types of window area. Energy saving glass is the key. Flat glass, coated glass, insulating glass, Low-E glass and Low-E insulating glass all have energy saving effect, but the degree of energy saving is different. In different areas, different building requirements, the function of the window is not the same, each needs, which kind of glass can not replace another kind of glass. White glass has good light transmission performance, and can let sunlight directly shine in the room. From the perspective of historical development, white glass used in windows is much better than the original window frame pasted with window paper for heat preservation and energy saving;

3. The last is the energy saving of window frame materials.

"The influence of window structure on energy saving"

* sliding window

Sliding window is the earliest kind of sliding door in Japan, which developed to sliding window. Sliding window is two sashes. In the sliding rail of window frame, the sashes slide left and right to open and close, and the opening area is half of the window frame.

The installation method of the sliding window is as follows: first, the whole window frame is installed on the wall, then the upper end of a window sash is inserted into the sliding rail, and then the lower end of the window sash higher than the edge of the lower window frame is pushed into the middle of the sliding rail to fall vertically, and the pulley under the window sash falls on the lower sliding rail of the window frame. The space above the window sash is higher than the edge of the lower window frame. Although the inner side of the window is sealed by a wool strip, there is still a gap between the upper gap of the two window sashes and the left and right pulleys under the window sashes. The upper and lower voids are favorable for convection.

For example, in winter, the hot air flows out from the gap above the window sash, and the cold air flows in from the gap below the window sash. In summer, the heat flow from the gap above the window flows into the room, and the indoor air-conditioning overflows from the gap below the window sash, forming a convection, and the air-conditioning is lost due to circulation. The convection of hot and cold air is directly proportional to the gap between the upper and lower parts of the window sash. With the extension of service time, the surface of the sealing wool is worn, and the gap between the upper and lower parts of the window is increased, so the convection is also increased, and the energy consumption is more serious.

No matter it is made of aluminum alloy or plastic steel, its energy-saving performance is not ideal. No matter what kind of glass or window frame is used, the heat convection loss of push-pull window is far more than the heat conduction and radiation heat loss of window frame and fan frame, and far more than the heat radiation and heat conduction loss of glass to indoor heat. Therefore, the window type structure of the sliding window determines that it is not really an ideal energy-saving window.

* casement windows

Inside and outside casement window is a kind of window type commonly used in our country. For regular aluminum alloy casement window, good rubber should be used for sealing between the fans of the window sash, between the window sash and the window frame. After the window sash is closed, the sealing rubber strip is pressed tightly, with good sealing performance and few gaps. Even if there are gaps in a good sealing strip, it is very difficult to form convection.

The heat loss of this kind of window type is mainly the heat conduction and radiation of glass and window sash profile. If the heat conduction of the above glass and profile is well solved, the energy-saving performance of casement window will be guaranteed. Structurally speaking, casement window has obvious advantages over push-pull window in energy-saving effect. Casement window can be called the real energy-saving window type.

* fixed window

The window frame is embedded in the wall, and the glass is directly installed on the window frame. The joint between the glass and the window frame used to be glued. Because the glued strip is easy to fall off due to the change of heat and cold, it has now been replaced by sealant. Seal the four sides where the glass contacts the window frame. If the sealant is tightly sealed, it has good water tightness and air tightness. It is difficult for air to form convection through the sealant, so the convection heat loss is very small. The heat conduction of glass and window frame is the main source of heat loss.

For large area glass and a small amount of window frame profiles, effective measures in material and form can greatly improve the energy saving effect. In terms of structure, fixed window is the most ideal window type for energy saving. Because of the disadvantage of fixed window, it can't ventilate, so a small up and down window is installed on the fixed window, or a small casement window is installed on one side of the large fixed window, which is specially used for timing ventilation. The small opening windows on the fixed windows are sealed with rubber strips, and the sealing effect of the flat windows is the same. Large fixed windows are common in Europe, with a narrow opening window on the right. On the glass walls in our country, we often see small air windows turning up or down.

"Conclusion"

There are many factors that affect the energy-saving effect of windows, such as the material of window frame, glass, structural form, installation and so on, among which the structural form is the key to affect the energy-saving effect. Of course, there are all kinds of sliding up and down, all kinds of casement windows, casement with flip window, but the overall is no more than the above three window types. In terms of window structure, fixed window has the best energy saving performance, followed by casement window and sliding window.
